NBR Rubber Insulation Roll (GoFlex)

Flexible NBR closed-cell synthetic rubber insulation sheet roll for wrapping large HVAC ductwork, tanks, and large diameter pipes.

This is one of dozens of small parts that add up to a properly finished duct installation in Kuwait's climate — sealed against summer humidity, isolated against vibration noise, and insulated so condensation doesn't form on a cold surface inside a hot false ceiling. HVAC subcontractors buy items like this by the box or roll to keep a job moving without a mid-installation stock-out, since a missing insulation accessory can hold up the whole ceiling-close-up sequence on a fast-moving fit-out. Getting the thickness and material right for the specific application matters more here than on almost any other duct component, because under-specified insulation shows up later as condensation damage.

On the spec sheet: Brand: GoFlex Aeroflex NBR, Dimensions: 1/2" Thickness x 1mtr Width x 14mtr Length, and Fire Rating: Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 Part 6/7). As a genuine GoFlex Aeroflex NBR product, it carries the fit and finish that brand's other parts are known for, rather than an unbranded substitute — worth asking about if you're standardising a project's materials on a single manufacturer for warranty or spec-compliance reasons. If you're not certain which size or variant matches what you're replacing, send us a photo or the old part's markings and we'll confirm the right one before you order.

Because this is one of our highest-turnover categories, we hold real depth of stock rather than ordering to demand — which matters on HVAC projects in Kuwait where a missing accessory can hold up an entire ceiling-close-up sequence. Items are checked against the stated size and material before they go out. Ask specifically for the NBR Rubber Insulation Roll (GoFlex) when you call or WhatsApp so we can check that exact item rather than a similar one.
